You can easily register your house via our Registration form register on our website. We will then contact you and discuss all the details.
The choice is yours: if you wish, we can take care of all communication with your guests. Alternatively, you can do it yourself. In this case, the guest receives your contact details and you receive theirs so that you can communicate directly.
When we take on your home, we will discuss with you which extras you would like to offer, such as cleaning services, boat hire or massages. These will be individually tailored to your home and your guests.
Of course, you can list your holiday home anywhere you like. However, we also offer you the service of marketing your holiday home on up to 20 different platforms - at no additional cost to you. We will be happy to discuss these options in a personal meeting, and we are absolutely flexible to cater to your wishes.
Listing your holiday home with us is completely free of charge. This also includes professional photos and videos of your holiday home as well as a personal viewing by our team. This ensures that your holiday home is presented in the best possible way. There are no fees for you. If we are successful in finding you a holiday home, we will receive a commission. This will be added to the rental price agreed with you, so that you do not incur any costs and you can list your holiday home with us completely risk-free at 100%! Our commission amount between 10-20% depends on whether your house is personally looked after, managed and cleaned by us.
You will receive the rental income directly after the guest's departure. You will also receive a detailed statement containing all relevant items.
When we personally with our holiday home management company Holidayhomecare Småland take over the management and final cleaning, the deposit is paid directly to us, as we personally check the house after each guest. In this case, we will also refund the deposit. If you take over the management and cleaning yourself or have your own helpers, the deposit will be paid directly to you as the host and you will take care of the refund to the guest.
