Welcome to Schweden-Ferienhaus24! Please read our booking conditions carefully to ensure that your stay goes as smoothly as possible. These conditions supplement our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

1. rental period

The regular check-in and check-out times are as follows:

• Journey: from 16:00
• Departure: until 09:00 a.m.

Deviations may occur depending on the holiday home and will be communicated to you in good time before your stay.

2. payments

• Deposit: 25 % of the total holiday price, payable within 10 days of booking confirmation.
• Final payment: At the latest 40 days before arrival.

Payment can be made conveniently by bank transfer or standard payment methods such as PayPal, credit card and others.

3. deposit

A deposit is only payable if this is stated in the description of the respective holiday home.

• Payment: At the latest 3 days before arrival.
• Reimbursement: Within 3 days of departure, provided no damage has been found.

4. electricity costs

In some holiday homes there are electricity costs (€0.30 per kWh), which are either offset against the deposit or billed separately. Details can be found in the respective holiday home description.

5. Cancellation and withdrawal by the tenant

1. Cancellation free of charge (grace period):
   The tenant can cancel his booking within 7 calendar days after the booking date free of charge cancel, if the date of arrival is at least 30 days in the future.
   Cancellation must be made in writing (e.g. by e-mail). The date of receipt of the cancellation notice by the landlord or the agency shall be decisive.

2. Cancellation fees after the grace period has expired:
   After the grace period has expired, the following Flat-rate cancellation fees in relation to the total price of the booking:

3. Non-arrival:
   In the event of no-show without prior written cancellation, the full booking amount is due.

4. Rebookings:
   A rebooking to another period or another holiday home is only possible after consultation and availability. There is no entitlement to this. In this case, depending on the time of the rebooking, the above-mentioned cancellation fees may apply. cancellation fees may apply.

5. Travel cancellation insurance:
   The tenant is expressly recommended to Travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against possible cancellation costs.

6. responsibility of the tenant

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all holiday homes.
• The tenant undertakes to treat the holiday home cleanly and with care.
• Damage caused by the tenant or their guests must be reported immediately.

7. use of the rented property

The rental property is intended exclusively for residential purposes. Commercial or illegal activities are not permitted.

8. services

Additional services such as final cleaning, laundry service and other extras are available:

• Paid directly at the time of booking or
• Paid on site on arrival.

9. our cleaning service in Småland

Many holiday homes in Småland are managed by our own Service company for holiday home care cleaned. We guarantee you a clean start to your stay.
