You choose your favourite property, make a booking enquiry and we will get back to you within 24 hours. You will receive a payment link with the reply. You can either pay the full amount conveniently online via our platform or pay a deposit by bank transfer. As soon as the deposit has been received, the house is booked for you.
Many of our holiday homes are pet-friendly. Check the description of each holiday home to make sure your pet is welcome.
The cancellation conditions are as follows:
Up to 100 days before arrival: 25 % of the total amount
Up to 60 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount
Up to 40 days before arrival: 75 % of the total amount
From 14 days before arrival: 100 % of the total amount
Cancellations must always be made in writing and only by the contractual partner listed in the booking confirmation.
You can easily contact us by phone or WhatsApp. A member of staff will deal with your request immediately to ensure that your stay continues to run smoothly.
Arrival is usually from 4 pm and departure by 9 am. Should there be any deviations, you will be informed in good time.
You pay 25 % of the total amount as a deposit within 10 days of the booking confirmation. The remaining amount is due 40 days before arrival. Further details can be found in our booking conditions.
In some houses there are additional costs for electricity consumption. These are usually charged at €0.30 per kWh and are deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay.
Yes, you can only book the extras that are available in the vicinity of the holiday home in question. You can find out exactly what these are in the description of the holiday home. Some of these services can be paid for directly on site.
