Hello and welcome to Cottage Marieberg! This cosy, lovingly restored Swedish country house from 1909 is hidden away in Unnaryd, Småland. With its traditional wooden construction, it exudes a welcoming and cosy atmosphere. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of nature. The house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac - quiet and close to nature, yet only a short walk from the village centre.

Whether you want to slow down, explore nature or get to know Swedish village life, this is the place for you. You'll find cosy cafés, small shops and cultural events nearby. Surrounded by forests and lakes, there are numerous opportunities for activities such as fishing, hiking, cycling or canoeing.

The cottage:
With 71 m² of living space, the Marieberg cottage can accommodate up to four guests. The warm, practical furnishings are ideal for both short and longer stays.

Sleeping facilities:
- One bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed.
- A smaller room with a fold-out (Murphy) bed, 140 cm wide - perfect if you want to use the room for yoga, work or reading during the day.

Living area:
- A cosy living room with fireplace, ideal for chilly evenings or relaxing days indoors.

Kitchen:
- A simple, well-equipped kitchen adjoining the dining area with everything you need for everyday cooking.

Bathroom:
- Bright and clean bathroom with shower and toilet.

The surrounding area - Unnaryd and more:
Unnaryd is a friendly little village surrounded by beautiful nature. In the centre you will find the large COOP supermarket as well as several smaller shops with cafeterias, a pizzeria and a petrol station. Unnaryd also has its own gym, a paddle hall and even a sandy beach!

Those who love nature will find a perfect base here. The surrounding forests and lakes are ideal for hiking, cycling, fishing and canoeing. Highlights of the surrounding area include:
- Store Mosse National Park - a large nature reserve with boardwalks and diverse birdlife.
- High Chaparral - a Wild West theme park that offers fun for the whole family.
