Welcome to the holiday home Istaby

The Holiday cottage Istaby offers on generous 250 m² Living space Space for up to 18 guests and is the perfect retreat for large families or groups. The historic house from 1840 has been lovingly restored and offers modern comfort in an idyllic setting, just a few kilometres from the Baltic Sea coast.

The holiday home

The main building has seven bedrooms and Modern bathroomswhich offer plenty of space for all guests. A special highlight is the separate garden house, which Space for 4 additional guests offers. Older children or friends in particular can retreat here. Please note, however, that the garden house does not have its own toilet and can only be used in the summer months (April-September).

The spacious garden invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors, be it at the campfire site or over a cosy barbecue on the terrace. The sauna in the garden offers the perfect opportunity to relax after an eventful day.

Surroundings and leisure activities

The holiday home is only 1.8 kilometres from the beachwhich you can easily reach on foot or with the bikes provided. The coastal landscape offers numerous leisure activities, including swimming, hiking and long walks on the beach.

There are also many sights and activities in the surrounding area:

• Hiking trails in the woods and along the coast.
• Cafés and restaurants for relaxed excursions in the surrounding area.
• The picturesque coastal town Sölvesborg is only a few kilometres away.

Important information

• Pets are welcome, the garden is partially fenced and therefore also ideal for dogs.
• One Deposit of 350 Euro is due.
• In the summer months (June-August) electricity consumption is included, outside the main season this is charged at 0.30 Euro per kWh settled.
• The house is smoke free.
