Holiday cottage Lotta

Welcome to the holiday home Lotta on Öland

Our typical Swedish house was built in 1925 and largely renovated with ecological materials. In the summer of 2023, the house was painted the classic red colour. The furniture is mainly made of solid wood. Typical for its age, the house has a rather steep staircase to the upper floor and the original doors are rather deep at approx. 1.80m to 2.00m.

The total area of approx. 110 square metres consists of two separate flats on the ground floor (Lotta I) and on the upper floor (Lotta II), which are accessible via a shared entrance with hallway. The bathroom for Lotta I can also be reached from here.

Both flats have a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. The upper flat with three/four rooms offers space for 5 people (2 adults, 2 children and a toddler). There is also a sofa bed in the living room and a mattress in the children's room. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The lower flat with two rooms can accommodate 4 people (2 single beds + sofa bed). Both flats have bathrooms with shower or bathtub. TV sets, including one with German reception, are available in both flats. The ground floor flat has a large covered veranda. Lotta II has a small seating area in front of the house.

Prices & Payment

All prices listed include additional costs. For the final cleaning we charge 120€ (1400 SEK) per accommodation unit or 240€ (2800 SEK) for the whole holiday home Lotta.

Laundry packages for 20€ (230SEK) each on request and subject to availability.

Arrival & Departure

As a rule, the holiday homes are always changed on Saturdays.

Arrival: from 17.00 hrs

Departure: until 10:00 am

The guest is liable for any damage to the property. This must be reported immediately to the manager or the owner.

The deposit is €150.00 (SEK 1500) per accommodation unit. We will refund the amount after the property has been properly returned.

The minimum stay in the high season is 7 days
