The house

The Hus Anna offers plenty of space for relaxation and cosiness on two floors:

• Ground floor:
  • Small anteroom with cloakroom.
  • Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and milk frother.
  • Large fridge-freezer and dining area with a view of the garden.
  • Cosy living room with wooden floorboards, a spacious sofa, fireplace, projector, German books and information material about the region.
  • Bathroom with shower, washer-dryer combination and ample storage space.
  • Spacious bedroom with 1.80 m wide double bed and wardrobe as well as space for a cot (available).
• Upper floor:
  • One room with single bed (100×200 cm), small desk and chest of drawers.
  • Another bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for two children.
  • Child-friendly equipment: Duplo, Lego, puzzles, board games, craft and colouring materials as well as the Villa Kunterbunt playhouse.

• Spacious garden: There is plenty of space to play and relax on 3000 m². Football goals and balls are available.

• Pets: Dogs are not permitted in this holiday home.
• Deposit: Upon arrival, a deposit in the amount of 4000 SEK / 350 Euro due.
• Current: Electricity consumption is already included in the rental price.
• Long-term stay: In the periods 01.11-20.12 and 05.01-31.03 possible at special conditions.
