• Pets welcome: Up to 2 pets are allowed; more on request.

• Canoe: For relaxing hours on the water.

• Separate toilet with electric exhaust air: Environmentally friendly and modern.

• Summer water: From mid-October to the end of April, water is supplied via canisters.

• Heated with electric radiators and a kitchen cooker.

The Hus Hammerstrand is located on the outskirts of Krångede, a quiet village near Hammarstrand. Nestled in the beautiful Ragunda valley, it offers you an ideal setting for experiences close to nature:

• Hiking and geocaching: Possible directly from the house.

• Winter sports: Cross-country skiing, snowmobile tours and sleigh rides.

If you would like to go fishing, you can purchase fishing licences from the owners. They will also be happy to help you book snowmobile tours or sleigh rides.

Special features & notes

• Simple and traditional: The house is rustic and offers no modern luxuries.

• Deposit: A deposit of SEK 1,100 will be paid and offset against the electricity costs (SEK 4/kWh) on departure.

• Wood: You can buy firewood for the kitchen cooker from the owners.

• Not connected to the public sewerage system: The holiday home has an environmentally friendly separate toilet.

• Enclosed garden: The garden is surrounded by a 1.10 metre high fence - ideal if you are bringing dogs.

• Renovated in 2022: The holiday home has been lovingly renovated in the East Jämtland style of the 1970s, with charming details such as preserved wallpaper on individual walls.
