Eco House Marla 2

The eco-house was built in 2009 using ecological materials (wood, paint, varnish) in accordance with Swedish standards and specifications. It is divided into two equal halves, Marla I & Marla II, each measuring approx. 80 square metres.
On the ground floor there is a large open-plan area with living and dining room and TV (including German reception) as well as a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and espresso machine. There is also a tiled bathroom with toilet and shower on the ground floor. The first floor consists of two bedrooms with a total of four beds and a cot. There is a washing machine in a separate room.

Prices & Payment
All prices listed include additional costs. We charge 120€ for the final cleaning. Laundry packages for 20€ each (230SEK) on request and subject to availability.
Arrival & Departure
As a rule, the holiday homes are always changed on Saturdays.
Arrival: from 17.00 hrs
Departure: until 10:00 am
The guest is liable for any damage to the property. This must be reported immediately to the manager or the owner.
The deposit is €150.00 (SEK 1500) per accommodation unit. We will refund the amount after the property has been properly returned.
The minimum stay in the high season is 7 days
