The rural schoolhouse from 1870known today as Torsholma Skolhushas been lovingly renovated and furnished, mainly by the owner. Here you will find a place to feel good at any time of year, surrounded by beautiful nature and the tranquillity of Swedish forests.

The charming, classic red Swedish house is situated on a road with little trafficwhich leads through picturesque landscapes and forests. In the surrounding area there are a few pretty, typically Swedish wooden houses as well as numerous Lakes with bathing spots and fishing opportunitieswhich are only 5 minutes away by car.

The house

The Torsholma Skolhus offers with 160 m² living space plenty of space to relax and feel good:

• Ground floor (100 m²):
  • The former Classroomtoday a light-flooded living room (66 m²) with a cosy Fireplaceinvites you to linger.
  • Cosy eat-in kitchen with contemporary furnishings.
  • Bathroom with shower, WC and sauna - perfect for relaxing after an active day.
  • Nostalgic, functional Iron furnacewhich creates additional warmth and atmosphere.
• First floor (min. 60 m²):
  • Two bedrooms: one with a bed (140×200 cm), the other with a bed (160×200 cm).
  • A spacious, open-plan hallway with armchairs and sofa - ideal for quiet reading time or to retreat to.

Special features

• Necessary items such as candles or spices etc. are available for daily use.
• A Wooden basket for the iron stove and the fireplace is included; additional wood can be purchased on site.
