The holiday home

Villa Seeufer offers a generous 180 m² of space for up to 8 guests. With 4 stylishly furnished bedrooms and a spacious dining room offering plenty of room for shared meals, this house is perfect for families or groups of friends. The cosy living area invites you to linger with a large sofa, while the fireplace provides cosy warmth.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals - from high-quality appliances to plenty of cooking utensils. A special highlight is the bathroom with bathtub, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake. There is also a second bathroom with a modern shower.

The villa has an impressive orangery with a large dining table, ideal for evenings together overlooking the glistening lake - the perfect place to end the day in a relaxed atmosphere.

Surroundings and leisure activities

The house is situated in picturesque, peaceful surroundings, ideal for people who want to escape the stress of everyday life and enjoy the tranquillity of nature. For those who want to explore the city, Västervik, also known as "The Pearl of the Baltic Sea", is only a short drive away. Västervik offers a variety of restaurants, cafés and cultural highlights.

There are countless excursion destinations and activities in the area surrounding Villa Seeufer. Whether it's hiking through the Småland countryside, fishing on the lake or boat trips - there's something for everyone to discover here.

Important information

Pets are welcome, but dogs must not weigh more than 25kg. The villa is non-smoking and offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday in Sweden.

A deposit of 200 euros is payable before arrival and will be refunded no later than 3 days after departure.
