Welcome to the Villa Lisbetha newly acquired and currently completely refurbished holiday home with own small sauna (suitable for 2 persons) in Osby, southern Sweden. The house is First let from June 2025 and is ideal for large families or groups looking for peace, comfort and nature. The entire facility - including new beds, furniture and modern equipment - will be completed in spring 2025. Final photos will follow in Mayas soon as everything is ready.

The villa is located Quiet in the countryside on a spacious plot of land and offers with three bedrooms and a generous living space Space for up to 12 people8 adults and 4 children. The Total living space is 190 m²The property comprises generous 4.300 m².

The holiday home

The Villa Lisbeth is designed in a uniform, spacious living area that includes the following features:

• 1x double bed (180×200 cm)

Bedroom 2:

• 4x single beds (90×200 cm)

Bedroom 3:

• 2x single beds (90×200 cm), can be put together to form a double bed
• 4x single beds (80×200 cm) - For children & teenagers

Important information

• The price quoted is for 4 persons. Each additional person will be charged SEK 100 per night.
• Electricity costs: SEK 4/kWh (billed on departure), the PV system (14 KWp) ensures lower electricity consumption.
• Deposit: SEK 3,500 / € 300 (refundable no later than 3 days after departure)
• Laundry package optionally bookable: 20 € / 225 SEK per person
• Pets are not allowed
• Non-smoking house
• Bikes can be hired from the campsite in the village for SEK 80.
