Welcome to Villa Lotte, your ideal holiday home in Alsterbro, located directly on the beautiful lake and newly renovated in winter 2024. The villa combines modern Scandinavian design with the tranquillity and nature of Sweden and offers you everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Equipment & rooms

The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and is ideal for families or small groups. The bedrooms are comfortable and versatile:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (160×200 cm)
Bedroom 2: Pull-out single bed that can be converted into a double bed
Bedroom 3: Large double bed (180×200 cm), a pull-out single bed and a cot

Two modern bathrooms with showers ensure a high level of comfort, and the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The cosy living area with fireplace is perfect for relaxing evenings. Outside, a spacious terrace with loungers and parasol awaits you - ideal for relaxing hours.

Activities & relaxation

The lake is right on the doorstep with plenty of opportunities for relaxation. In addition to a canoe and a boat, which are available for exploring the surrounding waters, there is a great swimming area with a playground and sports facilities within walking distance - a real highlight for families and active holidaymakers. For an extra dose of relaxation, you are welcome to use the sauna in the garden.

In Alsterbro you will find a well-stocked supermarket with everything you need for your daily needs. There is also a pizzeria not far from the house.

Deposit and ancillary costs

A deposit of 200 euros will be charged for your stay. This serves as security and will be refunded no later than 3 days after your departure, provided that no damage has occurred. Electricity costs are charged separately at cost price of € 0.30 per kWh in the low season and will be offset against the deposit.
