This charming house, surrounded by extensive gardens, offers 136 m² of space for up to 8 guests and is the ideal place for families and friends looking for peace and relaxation in the midst of nature.

The holiday home

Villa Obstgarten is generously proportioned and has four cosy bedrooms. The open-plan living area with its comfortable seating invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. The 2,100 m² property offers plenty of space for outdoor leisure activities and has a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for socialising in the evenings.

The two saunas are an absolute highlight: a wood-heated sauna in the garden offers the opportunity to relax in the midst of nature, while an electric sauna is available in the house for additional comfort. Both saunas promise pure relaxation.

Surroundings and leisure activities

Just 5 minutes away is a picturesque lake, ideal for swimming, fishing or water sports. The surrounding nature invites you to go on long hikes and walks. There are many interesting excursion destinations close to the villa, such as the Astrid Lindgren World, which is particularly popular with families, or the Glass Kingdom of Småland, famous for its glass-blowing art.

Other highlights of the region include the Virum Moose Park, the Store Mosse National Park for nature lovers and the opportunity to take part in an exciting moose safari.
