The first bedroom features a double bed measuring 160 × 200 cm. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and an additional pull-out bed, making it particularly suitable for children or additional guests.

The cosy living area invites you to relax after a day at the beach or an excursion around the island. Wi-Fi and German television are also available.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and provides everything needed for an uncomplicated holiday. A small basic selection of various everyday supplies is also available upon arrival.

The house has one bathroom with shower and toilet as well as an additional guest toilet – particularly practical when staying with several guests.

A lovely place to relax is the covered terrace. Here you can enjoy breakfast outdoors in the morning, share meals together or end the day in a cosy atmosphere.

Lilla Öland Huset also offers several extras for families with children. A baby cot and high chair can be provided if required.

Outdoors, a table tennis table, trampoline, swing and various games provide plenty of entertainment. Bicycles are also available for shorter trips around the surrounding area.

A washing machine can be used for an additional fee.

A particular advantage is that bed linen and towels are already included. The beds are prepared before your arrival, allowing your holiday to begin straight away.

Lilla Öland Huset is conveniently located for exploring the northern part of the island. Both the west and east coasts of Öland, with their beaches, can be reached within approximately 3 to 5 kilometres.

Shops, a bakery, restaurants and other everyday amenities are located around 5 kilometres away.

Öland offers numerous opportunities for varied holiday days. Long beaches, small coastal villages, windmills, nature reserves and the island’s distinctive open landscape invite you to explore by bicycle or car.

The owners also live on the property and are happy to help with questions or provide tips about the island. At the same time, you can of course enjoy your stay in peace and with the privacy you need.

Lilla Öland Huset is a non-smoking holiday home. Pets are not permitted, making the house particularly suitable for guests who value an accommodation that is as allergy-friendly as possible.

Electricity is charged according to actual consumption.
