The adjoining living area features comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a 50-inch flat-screen TV with soundbar and Blu-ray player. German TV channels and streaming services such as Netflix are available. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and armchair. The second bedroom offers a pull-out daybed and a chest of drawers. A modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin completes this level.

The lower level includes two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and wardrobe and another with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. A highlight of Villa Norrsken is the newly built sauna with a dedicated relaxation area, ideal for unwinding after outdoor activities. There is also a second bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, as well as a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outdoor areas provide ample space to enjoy the surroundings. The approximately 1,324-square-metre plot includes a well-kept lawn, a cosy barbecue area and a terrace with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying long Scandinavian summer days.

The location is particularly attractive for nature lovers. The lake Granträsket is only about 50 metres away, while a small bathing area with sandy beach and jetty can be reached within 150 metres. Forest trails start directly at the property, ideal for walks, hikes and berry picking. Shops and restaurants are available in Älvsbyn, while larger towns such as Piteå and the Baltic Sea are approximately 40 kilometres away.

Villa Norrsken is a non-smoking property. Pets are welcome. Free Wi-Fi is included. A security deposit of 250 euros or 3,000 SEK is required before arrival and will be refunded after departure if the house is left in good condition. Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally.
