The spacious living area is modern and comfortably furnished and provides plenty of room for spending your holiday together. A comfortable sofa area and television invite you to relax after a day by the coast.

There is also a separate reading room or retreat where you can enjoy some peace and quiet during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, cooker, oven, refrigerator and coffee machine.

The 2 modern bathrooms with showers are particularly practical when staying with several guests.

The villa is also well equipped for longer stays. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the utility room.

Another highlight is the approximately 90 m² terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy breakfast together, start the day at a relaxed pace or spend long summer evenings outdoors.

The Baltic Sea is only a few steps from the house. The coastline around Timmernabben is ideal for swimming, walking and fishing.
