Fina Landhus offers around 120 square metres of living space for up to six guests. With three separate bedrooms, the house provides plenty of space and privacy for a relaxing family holiday or a trip with friends.

The first bedroom features a large double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds. For families travelling with small children, a cot and high chair are also available.

The heart of the house is the cosy living room with fireplace. Especially on cooler evenings, the fire creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere and adds to the authentic Swedish holiday feeling. A TV and WiFi are also available.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday. It includes plenty of cooking equipment as well as a dishwasher and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower.


Large Garden & Plenty of Privacy

Fina Landhus is situated on a spacious 2,000 m² property with plenty of greenery and room to relax. Outdoor seating and a barbecue invite you to enjoy warm days and long Swedish summer evenings in the garden.

There is a second, smaller holiday home on the same property: Hus Bohult, which accommodates two guests. It can be booked together with Fina Landhus, providing accommodation for up to eight guests in total. This is ideal for larger families, grandparents, friends or couples travelling together who would like to stay close to each other while still enjoying separate living spaces.

If Hus Bohult is not booked together with Fina Landhus, it will not be rented to other guests during your stay. This means you will not have to share the property with other holidaymakers and can enjoy your peace and privacy.


Lake, Canoe & Nature in Småland

The area around Bohult is characterised by forests, lakes and the beautiful natural landscapes of Småland. A nearby lake is within easy walking distance and is a lovely place to spend relaxing hours by the water.

A canoe is available for trips on the lake, giving you the opportunity to explore the surrounding landscape from the water and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

The forests around Bohult are also ideal for walks and hiking. Depending on the season, you can pick berries and mushrooms and, with a little luck, spot some of Sweden’s local wildlife.


Discover Småland, Oskarshamn, Vimmerby & Öland

Thanks to its location near Högsby, Fina Landhus is a great base for discovering different parts of Småland.

Heading east, you can reach Oskarshamn and the Baltic Sea coast, with its small harbours, swimming areas and characteristic archipelago landscape. From Oskarshamn, you can also take excursions into the archipelago and to the well-known island of Blå Jungfrun.

For families, a day trip to Vimmerby is one of the region’s most popular activities. Here you can visit Astrid Lindgren’s World, where the stories of Pippi Longstocking, Emil of Lönneberga and other famous characters come to life.

Kalmar, with its impressive castle and historic old town, is another excellent destination for a day trip. From there, the Öland Bridge takes you directly to the popular island of Öland, known for its beaches, windmills, farm shops and distinctive landscapes.

Fina Landhus therefore combines the peace of the Småland countryside with excellent opportunities to explore both the Baltic Sea coast and some of southern Sweden’s most popular attractions.


Important Information

Fina Landhus is a non-smoking holiday home. One dog is welcome for an additional fee. Final cleaning is already included in the total price. A linen package including bed linen and towels can be booked for an additional fee.

Electricity is charged according to actual consumption. A security deposit of €200 is required for your stay.
