Set on a spacious 9,070 m² natural plot, Brotorpet offers complete privacy and tranquillity. There are no direct neighbours, no traffic and no noise – just birdsong, fresh forest air and the peaceful waters of your private lake.

The holiday home offers approximately 140 square metres of living space and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. It is ideal for families, couples travelling together or anyone looking for a special place to relax and reconnect with nature.

Inside, the house features three cosy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with showers. The bright and welcoming living area provides plenty of space to relax and spend time together. WiFi and two televisions with German channels are available for additional comfort.

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable self-catering holiday. A dishwasher, generous workspaces and modern appliances make preparing meals enjoyable and convenient.

One of the property's highlights is its private wellness area. After a day on the lake or exploring the surrounding forests, you can relax in the infrared sauna or enjoy the outdoor hot tub for up to four people. Especially during the evening hours, the combination of warm water, fresh air and beautiful natural surroundings creates a truly unforgettable atmosphere.

The heart of Brotorpet, however, lies just outside the front door. The private lake with its own jetty invites you to swim, fish or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A canoe and a rowing boat are included and available free of charge, allowing guests to explore the lake and experience Småland from the water.

The large outdoor area offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature. Garden furniture, a charcoal grill, a fire pit and a hammock provide the perfect setting for long summer evenings under the Swedish sky.

Another major advantage is the fully fenced property. Even the area leading to the lake can be closed off if desired, making Brotorpet particularly suitable for families with children who want to enjoy the outdoors freely and safely.

Brotorpet is also an attractive destination during the winter season. The Dackestupet ski area is located only about 15 minutes away by car and offers skiing, sledding and other winter activities.

Brotorpet is a non-smoking holiday home. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning is included. A security deposit of €300 is required. Electricity is included during the summer months. During the winter season, electricity is charged according to consumption. Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.
