The holiday h...Read moreome offers approximately 130 m² of living space and accommodates up to 8 guests. A total of 3.5 bedrooms provides plenty of room and privacy for larger families or friends travelling together.

The cosy living area is a comfortable place to relax after a day outdoors. On cooler evenings, the traditional Swedish tiled stove creates a warm atmosphere and adds to the authentic Swedish holiday-home feeling.

There is also plenty of entertainment available. Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and a PlayStation 4 with games and DVDs are provided, making the house a comfortable choice even on rainy days or quiet evenings indoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, which is especially practical for longer stays and holidays with children.

Familienhaus Ryd also offers plenty of outdoor space. The large garden provides room for relaxing, playing and spending time together. Garden furniture, a gas barbecue and a charcoal barbecue are available.

Families with younger children benefit from the extensive equipment provided. Two cots, high chairs and a selection of children's toys are available.

For active holiday days, guests can also use bicycles, SUP boards and a bicycle trailer for children. These provide several ways to explore the countryside and lakes around Ryd.

A special optional extra is the motorboat on a trailer. The boat can be booked for €150 per week and offers additional opportunities for trips and relaxing days on the water.

Pets are also welcome. Up to two dogs may accompany you during your holiday in Sweden.

A lake is located only around 400 metres from the holiday home and can easily be reached on foot. This makes the property a convenient choice for swimming trips and relaxed hours by the water.

The area around Ryd is characterised by forests, lakes and unspoilt nature. One of the region's highlights is Åsnen National Park, an excellent destination for hiking, cycling, picnics and wildlife watching. Its varied landscape of lakes, islands, jetties and shoreline trails makes the national park particularly attractive for families and nature lovers.

Lake Åsnen itself also offers many opportunities for swimming, fishing and boating.

Another interesting destination is Älmhult, home to the IKEA Museum, where visitors can discover more about the history of the well-known Swedish furniture company.

Throughout the surrounding region, you will also find additional swimming areas, playgrounds, nature trails and smaller leisure attractions, making it easy to combine active days out with relaxed time at the holiday home.

Familienhaus Ryd is a non-smoking property. Up to two pets are welcome. Final cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels can be booked as an optional extra. Electricity consumption is already included in the rental price.

A refundable security deposit of €200 is required for the stay.
