Surrounded by forests, meadows and water, you can enjoy complete peace and tranquillity while still being within easy reach of some of Småland's most popular attractions. The Lesseboån River is only about 100 metres from the house, while Lake Öjaströmmasjön is approximately 300 metres away.

A second house is located a short distance from the holiday home and is occupied by the property owners. They are happy to assist guests with local tips and recommendations for excursions, fishing spots and attractions in the surrounding area.

The holiday home was renovated in 2021 and offers approximately 45 square metres of living space for two guests. During the summer season from May to September, a unique red-painted Swedish caravan increases the capacity to up to four guests. This additional sleeping area is especially popular with children and teenagers and adds an extra touch of adventure to the holiday experience.

Inside, you will find an open-plan living and kitchen area with a cosy atmosphere. The wood-burning stove creates warmth and a true Swedish holiday feeling on cooler evenings. Wi-Fi and a television with German channels are also available.

The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer combination and washing machine.

Beer lovers can make use of a Philips PerfectDraft beer machine for an additional fee. Guests can bring their own PerfectDraft kegs and enjoy freshly tapped beer during their stay.

A steep staircase leads to the cosy sleeping loft with a double bed and walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

From May to September, the separate caravan provides additional sleeping accommodation for two guests. It also includes a television with German channels, a refrigerator and a seating area. An outdoor shower and an additional toilet are available nearby.

Another highlight is the fenced terrace with outdoor furniture. Here you can fully enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. A charcoal grill and fire pit create the perfect setting for long summer evenings outdoors.

The absolute highlight of Fannys Hus is the unique wood-fired igloo sauna located directly beside the Lesseboån River. The large panoramic window offers stunning views of the water and surrounding nature while you relax in the sauna. Afterwards, you can cool down under the waterfall shower or take a refreshing dip in the river. The terrace beside the sauna provides additional seating and relaxation areas.

The Lesseboån River is ideal for fishing, canoeing and exploring the surrounding landscape. A canoe and rowing boats are available free of charge for guests. The nearby Lake Öjaströmmasjön is also popular for fishing and offers opportunities to catch pike, perch and other fish species. Additional well-known fishing lakes such as Läen, Rottnen and Öjen can be reached quickly by car.

During the right season, you can pick blueberries, lingonberries and chanterelle mushrooms directly on the property and in the surrounding forests.

Located in the heart of the Kingdom of Crystal, Fannys Hus is perfectly positioned for exploring the region. Popular attractions include Kosta with its glassworks, outlet shopping, bowling, mini golf and outdoor swimming pool, the traditional glassworks in Bergdala, Glasrikets Moose Park near Nybro, Grönåsens Moose Park near Orrefors, and the cities of Växjö, Kalmar and Karlskrona. Families especially enjoy visiting Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby.

Supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, petrol stations and other services are available in Lessebo, only six kilometres away.

Final cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally. Dogs are only permitted upon request and after prior approval from the property owners. A security deposit of €250 is required.

Please note that the additional caravan can only be used from May to September. Between October and April, the holiday home is therefore suitable for a maximum of two guests.
