With approximately 250 m² of living space, the holiday home offers sleeping arrangements for up to 18 guests. The sleeping spaces are distributed across several bedrooms in the main house, additional sleeping arrangements in a connecting room and a separate garden house. This gives larger groups plenty of room while still providing opportunities for privacy.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, including one with a baby cot and another with its own bathroom. Further bedrooms are located upstairs, some with double beds and others with single or extendable beds. An additional connecting room features two sofa beds.
The separate garden house with 2 double beds provides further privacy and is particularly suitable for teenagers, grandparents or couples travelling together who appreciate having their own space.
There are 3 bathrooms in total. Facilities include 3 showers as well as a bathtub, providing plenty of comfort even when the house is occupied by a larger group.
The heart of the house is the large country-style kitchen with a long dining table. Here you can cook together, enjoy breakfast and spend long evenings with family and friends.
The kitchen is extensively equipped and includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and air fryer. There are also 2 large refrigerators as well as additional freezer capacity, which is particularly practical when staying with many guests.
2 high-quality WMF raclette grills are also available and are ideal for relaxed evenings together.
Several living and lounge areas provide space to unwind. 3 televisions, Smart TV, German television via Waipu-TV, international channels, books and games offer entertainment even when the weather is changeable.
High-speed Wi-Fi of at least 100 Mbit/s also makes the house suitable for longer stays or guests who need to work occasionally.
A particular highlight is the log sauna in the garden. After a day at the beach, a bicycle tour or a walk along the coast, you can relax here and enjoy a peaceful end to the day. This is specifically a log sauna and not a barrel sauna.
There is also a bright orangery, providing a pleasant retreat for reading, spending time together or simply relaxing.
The garden covers approximately 800 m² and offers plenty of space for shared time outdoors. Garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, charcoal barbecue, fire pit and campfire area are all available.
Up to 3 dogs are welcome. Parts of the outdoor area are fenced, making the house particularly suitable for holidays with dogs.
Please note that dogs are not permitted on the nearby beach from April to August. Outside this period, or at other suitable coastal areas, you will find additional opportunities for walks with dogs in the region.
Families with younger children are also well catered for. A baby cot, 2 high chairs, a child toilet seat and various children’s games are available.
Several bicycles can be used free of charge during your stay. Please note that this is not a professional bicycle rental service, so minor adjustments may occasionally be required. Tools and spare parts are available at the house.
A charging station for electric vehicles is also available.
The holiday home is located only around 1.8 kilometres from the Baltic Sea and a sandy beach. This makes it easy to combine beach days, coastal walks and excursions throughout Blekinge.
The coastal town of Sölvesborg is within easy reach and offers cafés, restaurants, shopping and an attractive old town. Smaller villages, nature trails and cycling routes around Istaby also invite you to explore the region away from the main roads.
