The sea begins directly outside the terrace. Enjoy breakfast overlooking the water, fish from the property or take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear sea on warm summer days. This spectacular location makes Fina Båthus a true hidden gem for nature lovers, anglers and anyone looking to escape everyday life.

The holiday home accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom features two single beds that can easily be combined into a double bed if desired. In addition, the spacious living room offers a sofa bed for two more guests.

The heart of the house is the large living area with its panoramic windows and stunning sea views. A fireplace creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, providing the perfect Swedish holiday home feeling. The integrated kitchenette is equipped for preparing simple meals during your stay.

Guests looking for an authentic and simple nature experience will appreciate Fina Båthus. The house currently does not have running water. For the 2026 season, water containers will be provided. A camping shower and a modern incinerating toilet are available. This accommodation is designed for guests who value nature and simplicity in exchange for one of the most spectacular locations in southern Sweden.

One of the highlights is the sauna located directly by the water. After a relaxing sauna session, you can cool off with a refreshing jump into the Baltic Sea and enjoy a truly unforgettable Swedish experience.

Two canoes are available free of charge for exploring the beautiful archipelago. The calm waters around Figeholm are considered some of Sweden’s finest paddling areas and invite you to discover hidden coves, small islands and untouched coastal scenery.

Fishing enthusiasts will also love this location. You can fish directly from the terrace, while the rich waters of the Baltic Sea offer excellent opportunities for a successful catch.

A charcoal grill is available for enjoyable summer evenings. As the sun sets over the archipelago, you can relax and soak up the peaceful atmosphere of this remarkable place.

Please note that children are welcome from the age of six and must be able to swim. Due to the direct waterfront location, the property is not suitable for younger children.

Fina Båthus is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.

The holiday home is available for bookings from May to September only. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. Electricity is charged according to consumption. A security deposit of €250 is required.

Additional upgrades are planned for the 2027 season, including running water and a boat with an electric motor.
