The sea begins directly in front of the terrace. Here you can enjoy breakfast with a view of the water, fish directly from the property or jump into the clear sea on warm summer days. The spectacular location makes Fina Båthus a real hidden gem for nature lovers, anglers and anyone looking to escape everyday life.
The holiday home accommodates up to four people. The bedroom has two single beds, which can also be pushed together to form a double bed if required. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the spacious living room for two more guests.
The heart of the house is the generous living area with its large windows and fantastic views of the water. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere and a true Swedish holiday-home feeling. The integrated kitchenette provides everything needed to prepare simple meals.
Anyone looking for an authentic Swedish experience will love Fina Båthus. At present, the house does not yet have running water. Water canisters are provided for the water supply. There is also a camping shower and a modern incinerating toilet. The house is ideal for guests who appreciate nature and simple living by the sea in exchange for one of the most spectacular locations in southern Sweden.
A permanent water connection is planned for the 2027 season. However, the connection has not yet been completed. The owner intends to have it installed before the 2027 season, but this cannot currently be guaranteed.
A particular highlight is the sauna directly by the water. After a relaxing sauna session, you can cool off with a dip in the Baltic Sea and enjoy the unique feeling of freedom and nature.
Three kayaks are available free of charge for exploring the impressive archipelago: two single kayaks and one double kayak, including life jackets. In addition, a boat with an electric motor is now available, making it even easier to explore the waters around the holiday home and the surrounding archipelago.
The calm waters around Figeholm are among the most beautiful areas in Sweden for kayaking and boating, inviting you to enjoy unforgettable trips between small islands and sheltered bays.
Anglers will also find excellent conditions here. Fishing is possible directly from the terrace, and the fish-rich waters of the Baltic Sea offer very good opportunities for a successful day of fishing.
A charcoal barbecue is available for relaxed summer evenings. As the sun sets over the archipelago, you can enjoy the peace and the unique atmosphere of this special place.
Please note that children are only welcome from the age of six and must be able to swim. Due to the direct waterfront location, the house is not suitable for small children.
Fina Båthus is a non-smoking property and dogs are not allowed.
The holiday home can only be booked from May to September. Bed linen and towels must be brought by guests. Electricity consumption is charged according to actual usage. The security deposit is €250.
