The approximately 60 m² holiday home has been completely renovated and modernised while carefully preserving its traditional character. It is ideal for two to three guests – perfect for couples, a small family or a holiday for two with a dog.

The cosy bedroom features a comfortable 180 × 200 cm double bed. An additional sleeping option is available in the living room, where a 150 × 200 cm sofa bed provides space for another guest. A fireplace creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere on cooler evenings and makes Fiskebon a lovely retreat beyond the summer months as well.

There is deliberately no television in the cottage. Instead, the focus is on spending time together, enjoying the surroundings and slowing down. Internet access is available, so you can still stay connected when needed.

The attractive and well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for convenient self-catering. A cosy dining area is perfect for breakfast or relaxed evening meals. The modern bathroom features a shower and a washer-dryer, which is especially practical for longer stays.

One of the highlights is the beautifully maintained garden. The property is fenced and designed to be secure for dogs, making it ideal for guests travelling with their four-legged companion. From the garden, you can enjoy views towards the sea inlet and spend relaxing hours outdoors. Garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and a fire pit provide the perfect setting for long Swedish summer evenings.

The location is another major advantage of Fiskebon. A supermarket is just around the corner, and there is also a restaurant nearby. The small harbour of Figeholm is within easy reach and, with its boats and proximity to the archipelago, offers an authentic taste of life on the Swedish coast.

If you would like to explore the Baltic Sea from the water, different types of motorboats can be rented in Figeholm. Options range from smaller boats for fishing and day trips to larger motorboats, providing a great opportunity to discover the coastline and surrounding archipelago.

Important: A motorboat is not automatically included with the accommodation. Boats are only available upon prior request and separate booking, subject to availability.

The area around Figeholm is ideal for anyone wanting to experience the Baltic Sea, the Swedish archipelago and the beautiful nature of Småland. Small swimming spots, forests, bays and the varied coastline provide plenty of opportunities for swimming, fishing, walking and exploring.

The nearby harbour town of Oskarshamn offers additional restaurants, shops and excursion opportunities. Boat trips to the fascinating island of Blå Jungfrun also depart from Oskarshamn.

Fiskebon is also well situated for day trips. Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s World, the historic city of Kalmar and the island of Öland are among the region’s popular destinations and can easily be combined with a holiday on the Baltic coast.

Fiskebon is a non-smoking property. One dog is welcome for an additional fee. Linen packages can be booked as an optional extra. Final cleaning is already included in the total price. Electricity is charged according to actual consumption. A security deposit of €200 is required.
