The open-plan living area forms the heart of the house. Especially on cooler days, the fireplace creates a pleasant atmosphere and authentic Swedish holiday-home feeling. Large windows bring plenty of light into the room and create a bright and open living environment.

For additional comfort, fast fibre internet and 2 televisions with German channels are available.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher and a large refrigerator. This provides excellent conditions for preparing meals together with family or friends.

There are 3 separate bedrooms in total. In the first bedroom, two single beds can be combined into a large double bed if required. The two other bedrooms each also have 2 single beds.

A particular highlight is the private sauna, where you can relax after a day by the lake or an excursion into nature.

A table tennis table provides additional entertainment, especially on rainy days or during a quiet evening at the house.

Villa Havsörn also offers plenty of outdoor space. The house is set on a large property with a covered terrace and garden furniture. Here you can enjoy meals outdoors, relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Bicycles are also available for excursions in the surrounding area.

Lake Kalvsjön is only a few minutes away and offers good opportunities for swimming, fishing and activities on the water. A rowing boat can be used optionally, allowing you to explore the lake from the water as well.

The area around Kalv is characterised by forests, lakes and peaceful nature and is ideal for hiking, cycling and fishing.

The location also offers interesting possibilities for day trips. The well-known Gekås Ullared is within easy reach and is one of the region’s most popular shopping destinations.

Nature lovers can also explore the landscape around Lake Fegen. The historic Torpa Stenhus is another worthwhile destination.

Guests looking for more active experiences can visit Isaberg Mountain Resort, which offers various summer and winter activities depending on the season.

Villa Havsörn is a non-smoking holiday home. Pets are not permitted. Final cleaning is included.

Electricity is charged according to actual consumption.

A refundable security deposit of €300 is required for the stay.
