On the ground floor, there is a small entrance area with a wardrobe. From here, you enter the fully equipped kitchen, which provides everything needed for self-catering. Facilities include a cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and milk frother. A large fridge-freezer provides plenty of space for groceries. The dining area overlooking the garden invites you to enjoy meals together.

The cosy living room with its wooden floors offers plenty of traditional Swedish charm. A large sofa provides space for relaxing evenings, while the fireplace creates an especially cosy atmosphere on cooler days. Instead of a traditional television, a projector is available. You will also find numerous German books and information about the region in the house.

Also on the ground floor is a modern bathroom with shower, a combined washer-dryer and additional storage space.

The large bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed measuring 180 cm wide and a wardrobe. There is also sufficient space for a baby cot.

Two further bedrooms are located upstairs. One is furnished with a single bed, desk and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, making it particularly suitable for children.

Special attention has been given to family-friendly facilities at Hus Anna. Children can enjoy Duplo, Lego, puzzles, board games and craft materials. A private Villa Kunterbunt playhouse makes the holiday home an especially enjoyable place for young Sweden fans.

There is also plenty of space outdoors. The house is set on a property of approximately 3,000 m², where children can play and adults can relax.

Football goals and balls, a sandbox, sand toys and other play opportunities ensure that there is plenty to do around the house as well.

The peaceful surroundings are also very suitable for cycling and excursions through the nature of Småland.

A lovely swimming area is located approximately 2 kilometres from the holiday home. There you will find a sandy beach, bathing jetty, toilets and changing facilities – ideal for a summer day by the water.

Hus Anna is a pet-free holiday home, so pets cannot be brought along.

A refundable security deposit of €350 is required for the stay.
