The holiday home offers approximately 135 m² of living space and accommodates up to 6 guests. It has 3 separate bedrooms, making the house particularly suitable for families, friends travelling together, dog owners and anyone who values plenty of space and privacy.

In the cosy living area, the wood-burning stove creates a pleasant atmosphere and authentic Swedish holiday-home feeling, especially on cooler days. A television with German channels is also available.

Internet access is available for an additional fee.

The kitchen is designed in a classic Swedish style and is well equipped for self-catering. Here you can cook together and enjoy your holiday at a relaxed pace.

A particular highlight of Hus Bokhultet is the spacious property. Around 2,000 m² belong to the holiday home, and the garden is fenced. This offers particularly pleasant conditions for guests travelling with dogs or families with children who want to spend relaxing time outdoors.

Garden furniture, a barbecue and a fire pit are available in the garden. Here you can enjoy breakfast outside in the morning, barbecue together or end the evening around the fire.

A lake is located only around 500 metres from the house. A rowing boat is included and available for your use. This allows you to explore the lake from the water, go fishing or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The nature of Småland begins directly around the holiday home. Forests, small paths and the quiet landscape are ideal for hiking, walking and observing nature. Depending on the season, you can also pick berries and mushrooms.

Thanks to the secluded location, there are no direct neighbours and no disturbing traffic. Instead, birdsong, forest and plenty of tranquillity shape your stay.

Hus Bokhultet is also conveniently located for day trips. Around Ruda, you will find numerous lakes and swimming areas that are suitable for swimming, paddling or relaxing summer days by the water.

For families, a trip to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s World is a good option and can be reached in around 45 minutes.

The Kingdom of Crystal, with places such as Kosta and its traditional glassworks, is also within easy reach. If you would like to see a moose up close, there are also several moose parks in the region.

For a day trip to the Baltic Sea coast, Kalmar is a good choice. There you can visit the famous castle, explore the historic old town and enjoy various opportunities to spend the day by the sea.

Hus Bokhultet is suitable for year-round stays. Dogs are welcome.

Electricity is charged according to actual consumption and deducted from the security deposit. Firewood for the wood-burning stove is available for an additional fee.

A refundable security deposit of €275 is required for the stay.
