This cosy non-smoking holiday home offers 55 m² of living space and has been lovingly furnished to preserve its authentic Swedish charm. The inviting living room features a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere, especially during cooler evenings.

For your entertainment, the house offers free Wi-Fi, a TV with German channels, a Blu-ray player, and a selection of board games, making it ideal for relaxing evenings with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday. In addition to an oven, stove, refrigerator and cooking utensils, you'll find both a traditional filter coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine, so you can enjoy your favourite coffee every morning.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and a washing machine is available, making longer stays especially convenient.

Outside, you'll find a spacious 2,950 m² garden offering plenty of room to relax, play and enjoy the outdoors. The covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning or unwind on warm summer evenings.

Directly behind the house, you'll enter the surrounding forest where a beautiful hiking trail begins. The trail is also suitable for children and invites you to enjoy peaceful walks, berry and mushroom picking, and the beautiful Swedish countryside.

The Baltic Sea is only a few kilometres away, offering lovely beaches, charming harbours and the stunning Småland archipelago. A nearby lake provides another great option for swimming on warm summer days.

The location is ideal for discovering the region. Mönsterås is a charming coastal town with shops, restaurants and a pleasant marina. Situated between Kalmar and Oskarshamn, you'll have easy access to many of Småland's most popular attractions. Visit historic Kalmar Castle, spend a day exploring the island of Öland, or discover Oskarshamn, where ferries depart for the famous island and national park of Blå Jungfrun.

Families will especially enjoy a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby, while nature lovers can explore the many nearby nature reserves, forests and coastal landscapes.

Bed linen, towels, electricity and final cleaning are all included in the rental price, allowing you to enjoy a carefree holiday. One dog is welcome for an additional fee. A €200 security deposit is required before arrival. Electric vehicles cannot be charged at the house, but several public charging stations are available nearby in Mönsterås.

Please note that the house retains the charm of a traditional Swedish country home. The ceiling height in the hallway and bathroom is approximately 1.90 metres (6 ft 3 in), which taller guests should take into consideration.
