The walk takes approximately 10 minutes through the forest before you arrive at the house. All luggage must be carried to the property yourself. This special location means that you begin leaving everyday life behind as soon as you arrive.

The sea is directly in front of the house. Only a few steps separate you from the water, and you can enter the Baltic Sea directly from the rocks. The surrounding archipelago landscape, with its small islands, bays and wide views across the water, creates an atmosphere that is very different from a traditional holiday-home stay.

Hus Upplångö is deliberately simple, functional and close to nature. The house is intended for guests who value nature, tranquillity and seclusion more than conventional holiday-home comfort.

There is no running water. However, sufficient drinking water is provided for your stay. The facilities include an incinerating toilet and a camping shower, allowing for a comfortable stay even without a conventional water installation.

The cosy living area provides a pleasant place to relax and offers views of the surrounding nature and archipelago landscape.

A particular highlight is the sauna with panoramic views across the archipelago. After a day by the sea, fishing or hiking through the surrounding forests, you can relax here and fully appreciate the special location of the house.

A motorboat is also available. This allows you to explore the archipelago around Figeholm from the water or head out on a fishing trip.

The surroundings are ideal for guests who want to spend as much of their holiday outdoors as possible. You can swim directly by the house, explore the coastline, hike through the forests, go fishing or travel between the islands by boat.

The region around Figeholm and Oskarshamn also offers numerous opportunities for further excursions. At the same time, Hus Upplångö is above all a place where you do not need to be constantly on the move – because the sea, forest and nature begin directly outside the door.

Due to the immediate proximity to the water, rocky surroundings and natural setting, the house is not suitable for small children who are not yet confident swimmers.

Bed linen and towels must be brought by guests.

Electricity is charged according to actual consumption.

A combined security deposit of €200 is required for the house and boat.
