The holiday apartment offers approximately 60 m² of living space and accommodates up to 4 guests. It has 2 separate bedrooms.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and provides everything needed for preparing meals together during your holiday.

The bathroom has a bathtub. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are also available, making the apartment well suited for longer stays.

Dogs are welcome and can join you on your holiday in Värmland.

A particular highlight is the proximity to the water. A lake with a swimming jetty and small swimming island is located only around 400 metres from the accommodation. Here you can swim, paddle, fish or simply spend relaxing hours by the water.

Several watercraft are available to guests free of charge: a rowing boat, a kayak, 2 SUP boards and 2 canoes. This gives you different ways to explore the lake and experience the landscape of Värmland directly from the water.

There are also plenty of opportunities for relaxing or active holiday days directly on the property. A sauna, hot tub and barbecue hut are available for shared use.

There is a playground for children, while hammocks, table tennis and darts provide additional entertainment.

Each holiday apartment also has its own garden furniture, allowing you to find a quiet place outdoors for yourself.

The region around Filipstad is characterised by forests, lakes and plenty of unspoilt nature. In summer, you can hike, cycle, pick berries and mushrooms or discover the many lakes and waterways in the surrounding area.

The region also has a special character in winter. There are illuminated cross-country skiing trails nearby, and when ice conditions allow, you can go ice skating on the frozen lakes.
