One bedroom has a large 180 × 200 cm double bed, while two further bedrooms each have a 160 × 200 cm double bed. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with three sleeping spaces exclusively for children. The fifth bedroom is furnished with a 100 × 200 cm single bed.

At the heart of the house is the spacious living area with a large, comfortable sofa corner. There is room for the whole family to relax together after a day of exploring. A Smart TV and fast fibre-optic internet provide additional comfort. The large dining table is ideal for shared breakfasts, dinners and cosy games evenings.

A particularly lovely feature is the large conservatory. Here you can enjoy views of the surrounding nature while staying sheltered, making it a comfortable place to gather even when the Swedish weather is changeable.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for convenient self-catering. Alongside a dishwasher and an extensive range of kitchen equipment, both a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine are available. A washing machine and tumble dryer make the house particularly practical for longer stays.

The private sauna offers a place to unwind. The house has a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. There is also an additional shower in the basement sauna area – especially useful when travelling with a larger group.

Another highlight is the exceptionally spacious property. Around 9,000 m² of gardens and natural grounds surround the detached house, providing plenty of space for children to play and adults to relax. Garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue set the scene for long summer days and evenings together outdoors.

A stand-up paddleboard is also available for outings on the water. A lake with a lovely swimming spot and fishing opportunities is approximately five kilometres from the house.

The area around Strömsnäsbruk offers plenty of options for a varied holiday. Southwestern Småland is characterised by forests, lakes and abundant nature, making it ideal for walking, cycling, fishing and paddling.

A special experience for families is Smålandet Markaryds Älgsafari, where you can see moose and bison up close. During the summer, you can also ride a railbike through the countryside along a former railway line in Strömsnäsbruk.

Further attractions can be found around Markaryd and Traryd. Älmhult, the home of IKEA, is another option for a day trip and is where you will find the IKEA Museum. Thanks to its location in southwestern Småland, Linnéagården also provides a convenient base for exploring different parts of southern Sweden.

Linnéagården is a non-smoking property. Pets are not permitted. Final cleaning is included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be added as optional extras. A security deposit of €200 is required.
