On the ground floor, you will find the well-equipped kitchen with dining table, providing everything needed for self-catering. Here you can cook together and enjoy a relaxed start to the day.

Upstairs, there is a spacious and cosy living area. A double bed for 2 guests is also located here. In addition, there is a separate bedroom with up to 4 further sleeping places.

Modern entertainment is also provided. Fast fibre internet and a Smart TV are available. Streaming services can be used with your own accounts.

Outside, you can also enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The house has a sun terrace as well as a covered terrace. A charcoal barbecue is also available – ideal for long summer evenings and shared meals outdoors.

During the summer months, canoes and rowing boats can be rented at a nearby lake. This gives you the opportunity to explore the lake landscape of Skåne directly from the water.

Dogs are welcome on request.

Naturhus Broby is located on the property of the German-speaking owners. They also live on site and are happy to help if you have any questions, while otherwise keeping pleasantly in the background. The house is therefore not completely secluded.

The location is well suited for discovering different sides of Skåne. One interesting destination is Ivösjön, the largest lake in the region. Here you will find opportunities for swimming, fishing and excursions by the water.

Wanås Castle with its well-known sculpture park is also worth a visit. Here, modern art meets a historic setting and extensive natural surroundings.

Nature lovers can discover Kristianstad Vattenrike. The biosphere reserve around Kristianstad offers hiking trails, wetlands and numerous opportunities for birdwatching and nature observation.

Bäckaskog Castle, a historic castle beautifully situated between two lakes, is also worth visiting.

For an excursion into nature, the waterfalls near Degeberga are another interesting destination.

If you would like to spend a day on the Baltic Sea coast, you can for example visit Åhus. The coastal town is known for its long sandy beaches and relaxed summer atmosphere.

Ystad and the Österlen region are also suitable for a longer day trip. Small coastal towns, beaches, open landscapes and typical southern Swedish villages characterise this part of Skåne.
