The holiday home offers approximately 47 m² of living space and accommodates up to 4 guests. It is particularly suitable for couples, small families or anglers.

The bedroom has 2 single beds. In the living area, there is also a comfortable sofa bed for 2 additional guests.

The bright living area is a lovely place to relax after a day by the water or in nature. Large windows provide plenty of daylight and beautiful views of the surrounding greenery.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and provides everything needed for an uncomplicated stay. The bathroom has a shower. In addition, there is a separate chemical toilet in the garden house.

The special highlight of the house is its direct location on Lake Ullvettern. From the private jetty, you can swim, fish or simply enjoy the peace and views across the lake.

A motorboat is available for trips on the water. It allows you to explore the bays and varied lake landscape around Bjurtjärn.

Guests travelling with their own boat will also find excellent conditions here. A private boat ramp is located directly on the property, making it easy to launch your own boat into the water.

The terrace with lake views is a lovely place for breakfast in the morning or a relaxed evening by the water. The holiday home is set on an approximately 1,500 m² property with several seating areas, sun loungers and a barbecue area.

With a little luck, you may spot wildlife in the surrounding area or enjoy the sunset over the lake in the evening.

The region of Värmland is characterised by numerous lakes, large forest areas and plenty of nature. Around Bjurtjärn, there are many opportunities for hiking, cycling, fishing and boating.

Several towns are also within easy reach for day trips. Karlskoga, Kristinehamn and Filipstad are all good destinations for an excursion. If you would like a little more city life, you can also visit Karlstad on Lake Vänern or Örebro. Both cities are approximately one hour away by car and offer restaurants, shopping and various attractions.

Schwedenhaus am Ullvettern is a non-smoking holiday home. Up to 2 dogs are welcome.

Final cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels can be booked as an optional extra. Electricity consumption is already included.

A refundable security deposit of €500 is required for the stay.
