The holiday home offers approximately 90 m² of living space and accommodates up to 8 guests, making it particularly suitable for families, groups of friends travelling together or fishing groups.

The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Additional sleeping options are available in the living area.

The bright living area is cosily furnished and offers beautiful panoramic views of Lake Huljesjön. After a day by the water, you can relax here together and enjoy the view across the lake.

For additional comfort, fibre internet and a television with German channels are available.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and provides everything needed for preparing meals together during your holiday.

The house has a modern bathroom as well as an additional guest toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for shared use.

A particular highlight is the terrace with lake views. Here you can enjoy breakfast outside in the morning, relax in the peaceful surroundings or watch the sunset over the water in the evening.

A rowing boat is available free of charge for trips on Lake Huljesjön. In addition, a motorboat can optionally be rented on site. This allows you to explore the lake, go fishing or enjoy small excursions on the water.

Lake Huljesjön offers particularly interesting opportunities for anglers. Here you can fish for species including pike and perch and spend relaxing hours directly by the water.

By boat, you can also reach an idyllic sandy beach with a barbecue area, where you can swim, relax or spend a peaceful day in nature.

There are also many opportunities for varied holiday days around Stöde and Sundsvall. The region is characterised by forests, lakes and peaceful nature and is well suited for hiking, cycling and further fishing trips.

Sundsvall is a good destination for a day trip. There you can discover the well-known historic Stone City with its impressive buildings.

Another attractive destination is Norra Berget, an open-air museum with historic houses, animals and extensive views over Sundsvall and the surrounding area.

The region also offers various opportunities for an active holiday during winter. Ski areas and other winter sports activities can be found within reachable distance.
