Welcome to Torsholma Skolhus, a unique historic schoolhouse with sauna surrounded by the peaceful nature of Småland. The former school building dates back to 1870 and has been lovingly renovated, combining its historic character with modern facilities and plenty of space to relax.

Several lakes and swimming areas can be reached within just a few minutes, making the house a lovely base for a peaceful and nature-focused holiday in Sweden.
Torsholma Skolhus offers approximately 160 m² of living space and accommodates up to 4 guests. There are 2 separate bedrooms.
On the ground floor, the former classroom covers approximately 66 m² and is now used as a spacious and bright living area. The historic proportions of the room and the special history of the building create an atmosphere rarely found in a traditional holiday home.
For cosy evenings, both a fireplace and a nostalgic, fully functional iron stove are available. One basket of firewood is already included.
The cosy kitchen and dining area is equipped with modern facilities and provides everything needed for self-catering during your stay.
The bathroom with shower and toilet is also located on the ground floor. A private sauna is integrated directly into the bathroom area, allowing you to relax after a long walk or an excursion through Småland.
The two bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom is furnished with a bed measuring 140 × 200 cm, while the second bedroom features a bed measuring 160 × 200 cm.
Between the bedrooms, there is a spacious open landing area with a sofa and armchairs. This additional living space is ideal for reading, relaxing or enjoying some quiet time.
Wi-Fi is also available in the house.
Due to the historic construction of the building, ceiling heights are lower in some areas. A steep staircase also leads to the upper floor. Torsholma Skolhus is therefore particularly suitable for couples, friends or families with older children and is less suitable for toddlers.
Pets are not permitted at this holiday home.
Final cleaning is included. Bed linen and towel packages can be booked optionally.
Electricity is charged according to actual consumption.
The surrounding area also offers many opportunities to discover Småland. The small Kruseböke swimming area is only a few minutes away and is ideal for a spontaneous trip to the water on warm days.
A larger swimming area can be found at Lake Möckeln, which is also within easy reach.
