Within walking distance you will find a playground and a small bathing area along the Piteälven river with a fireplace and beach volleyball court. Shops, a petrol station and other local services are also easily accessible on foot.

Winter activities include dog sledding, reindeer experiences, snowmobile tours, ice fishing, snowshoe hiking and guided northern lights excursions. During summer, guests can enjoy fishing, canoeing, hiking and cycling in the unspoilt landscapes of northern Sweden. All summer and winter tours can be booked directly through the owner or property manager.

Electricity consumption is included in the rental price. A security deposit of 250 euros or 3,000 SEK is required before arrival and will be refunded after departure if the property is left in good condition.
