Welcome to Villa BeLa, a spacious and lovingly renovated lakefront holiday home with canoes in the small village of Allgunnen near Högsby in Småland. Located just a few steps from Lake Allgunnen, the house combines plenty of space, cosy facilities and numerous opportunities to discover the nature of Småland directly from the water.
The villa offers...Read more approximately 140 m² of living space and accommodates up to 6 guests. There are 3 separate bedrooms in total. The building was originally used as a general store and today combines its special historic character with modern facilities and a cosy living atmosphere.
On the ground floor, you will find the bright and fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for self-catering during your holiday.
The spacious living and dining area offers plenty of room for spending time together. A cosy seating area, Smart TV and wood-burning stove invite you to relax after a day by the lake or an excursion through Småland. Especially on cooler evenings, the stove creates a warm atmosphere and an authentic Swedish holiday-home feeling.
One of the bedrooms is also located on the ground floor. This gives the villa a practical layout for different generations travelling together.
Upstairs, there are 2 additional bedrooms with comfortable double beds.
A special extra for children and teenagers is the separate playroom with a sofa bed, books, games and a PlayStation. An additional television and a cosy reading corner ensure that everyone has their own place to relax, even when the house is fully occupied.
Outside, you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings as well. The house has a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, ideal for shared meals and relaxed summer evenings.
The special highlight of Villa BeLa is its proximity to Lake Allgunnen. Here you can swim, fish, paddle or simply spend relaxing hours by the water.
Several watercraft are available free of charge for trips on the lake: 2 canoes and 2 kayaks. This allows you to explore Lake Allgunnen independently and experience the lake landscape of Småland from a completely different perspective.
The area around Allgunnen is characterised by forests, lakes and plenty of nature. It is ideal for walks, hiking, cycling and relaxing days by the water.
For shopping and other everyday needs, the nearby town of Högsby is within easy reach.
The villa is also well located for day trips. Families can visit Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s World, where Pippi Longstocking, Emil of Lönneberga and many other well-known characters come to life.
If you would like to spend a day by the Baltic Sea, you can explore the coast around Mönsterås. In addition, the region offers numerous nature reserves, hiking trails, lakes and other excursion destinations, making it easy to combine peaceful days at the house with varied activities.
Villa BeLa is a non-smoking holiday home. Up to 2 dogs are welcome.
Final cleaning is already included. Bed linen and towel packages can be booked as an optional extra.
Electricity is charged according to actual consumption.
A refundable security deposit of €150 is required for the stay.
