The villa offers approximately 90 m² of living space and accommodates up to 6 guests. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room, allowing up to 8 guests to stay if required. This makes the house particularly suitable for families, couples travelling together or smaller groups.

There are 3 separate bedrooms in total. The cosy living area is a pleasant place to relax after a day in nature or by the Baltic Sea. On cooler evenings, the fireplace creates a warm atmosphere and an authentic Swedish holiday-home feeling.

Wi-Fi and 2 Smart TVs are available for additional comfort.

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering. Here you can cook together and then enjoy your meals either inside the house or outside on the terrace.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and is practically designed for everyday holiday use.

A particular highlight of Villa Clara is the large natural property with its own swimming pond. On warm summer days, you can cool off directly at the house and enjoy relaxing hours by the water.

There is plenty of space around the villa for playing, exploring and relaxing. Large lawns and natural areas provide excellent conditions for spending time outdoors together.

Various garden games are available for additional entertainment. A special extra is the private frisbee golf course on the property, providing fun and variety for both children and adults.

The large terrace with gas barbecue invites you to enjoy meals together outdoors and make the most of long Swedish summer evenings.

There is also another house on the spacious property, which is occasionally used by the owners. However, they are only rarely there. You should therefore be aware that Villa Clara is not always completely secluded, although the large property still offers plenty of peace and privacy.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome and can join you on your holiday in Sweden.

The location of Villa Clara also offers many possibilities for excursions. The area around Blankaholm is one of Småland’s attractive coastal regions and is characterised by small harbours, swimming areas, forests and the typical Baltic Sea archipelago landscape.

In nearby Blankaholm, you will find a small harbour and opportunities to discover the coastal region.

Oskarshamn is also a good destination for a day trip. The coastal town has a harbour, restaurants and additional excursion opportunities. Connections to the archipelago and to the island of Blå Jungfrun also depart from there. As a national park, Blå Jungfrun is one of the special natural destinations in the region.

For families, a trip to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s World is also worthwhile. There, the stories of Pippi Longstocking, Emil of Lönneberga and many other well-known characters come to life.

Around the villa, you will also find numerous hiking trails, natural areas and swimming places, making it easy to combine relaxing days at the house with excursions through Småland and along the Baltic Sea coast.

Villa Clara is available to book from May to September. Bed linen, towels, electricity consumption and final cleaning are already included in the rental price.

Up to two dogs are welcome.

A refundable security deposit of €250 is required for the stay.

Villa Clara is a lovely retreat for guests who want to combine nature, plenty of space and proximity to the Baltic Sea.
