Living area, kitchen and winter garden

The open plan living area forms the heart of the house. A well equipped kitchen, plenty of natural light and a spacious dining area create an inviting space for shared meals and relaxing evenings. The heat pump ensures a pleasant climate throughout the year. Fly screens are installed in the living room and in the bedrooms.

The winter garden offers a quiet retreat with a view of the garden. The safety glass provides extra protection for children. Please note that the winter garden is not heated and is not equipped with fly screens.

Renovated room with a large double bed and a peaceful atmosphere. Baby equipment is located here.

Bedroom Blau
Double bed and a small desk, ideal for home office or creative work. A guest safe is available.

Bedroom Gelb
Cosy double bed, small desk and a hanging cabinet for additional storage.

Bathroom

The modernised bathroom includes two washbasins, a spacious shower and a portable Bluetooth speaker for relaxing moments.

Sauna and outdoor area

The wood heated sauna is located behind the garage and can be accessed through the winter garden or garage. The large garden provides plenty of space for outdoor activities, relaxation or barbecues at the fire pit. Children can enjoy the outdoor activity house with play equipment.

Firewood for the sauna can be purchased or brought along.
