...Read moreThe villa was extensively renovated in August 2025. The living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and all bedrooms were redesigned and modernised. The holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests and has three separate bedrooms.

The first bedroom has a spacious double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm. Baby equipment is also available here. The second bedroom also has a double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm, as well as a small desk and a guest safe. The third bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 × 200 cm. A small workspace is also available here.

There is also a sofa bed in the living area. However, the regular occupancy of the villa is designed for up to six guests.

The heart of the house is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking together. The large dining table seats up to eight people, making shared meals and long evenings easy and comfortable.

Large windows provide plenty of daylight and create a pleasant atmosphere. A heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor climate throughout the different seasons. Fly screens are also fitted in the living room and bedrooms.

Wi-Fi is included, so you can stay connected during your holiday or work if needed.

Another lovely feature is the conservatory overlooking the garden. Here you can read, relax or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The conservatory is not heated and does not have fly screens. The glazing is child-safe.

The modern renovated bathroom features a spacious shower and two washbasins. A portable Bluetooth speaker is also available.

For longer stays, a washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently located in the basement.

A particular highlight of the villa is the wood-fired sauna, located behind the garage and accessible via the conservatory or garage. After a day in nature, you can relax here and enjoy a peaceful end to the evening. Firewood for the sauna can be purchased from the owner or brought with you.

Villa Davvi dálḷu also offers plenty of outdoor space. The large garden is ideal for relaxing and playing. Children also have their own play and activity house with various opportunities for outdoor entertainment.

The surrounding area combines nature with short distances to everyday amenities. A playground is only around 150 metres away, while the nearest supermarket is approximately 600 metres from the villa. A swimming area can be reached after around 850 metres. A 24-hour petrol station is also within walking distance.

Various hiking trails and nature paths begin directly around the villa, making it easy to explore northern Sweden on foot. Depending on the season, there are also opportunities for fishing, canoeing and long walks through the surrounding nature.

One of the special attractions in the area is the Storforsen rapids, located only a few kilometres away. The powerful masses of water, rocks and paths along the river make Storforsen one of northern Sweden’s most impressive natural destinations and an excursion you should definitely plan during your stay.

The region is also ideal for wildlife watching and active holidays. Forests, rivers and the vast landscape of northern Sweden shape the surroundings and provide very different experiences depending on the season.

One dog is welcome. Villa Davvi dálḷu is a non-smoking holiday home. Final cleaning is included, a bed linen and towel package is included, and electricity consumption is also included in the rental price. The sauna can be used during your stay.
