Right on your doorstep, you'll find one of the area's most popular swimming spots, featuring a sandy beach, playground and large grassy areas for relaxing. Families with children will especially appreciate the short walk to the lake, making swimming, playing and enjoying nature easy and convenient.

The non-smoking holiday home accommodates up to five guests and features three bedrooms. The modern and tasteful interior creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The cosy living room includes a fireplace, providing warmth and comfort on cooler evenings. Guests can also enjoy a TV with German channels, a DVD player and a selection of movies.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, coffee maker and Senseo coffee pod machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and a washing machine is also available for guests.

A particular highlight of Villa Emma is the large private garden, offering plenty of space to relax, play and enjoy the outdoors. Garden furniture is available for outdoor dining, while children have ample room to explore and play. Bicycles are provided, allowing guests to discover the surrounding area on two wheels.

Villa Emma also benefits from an excellent location. In the village of Alsterbro, a supermarket for daily necessities and a pizzeria are both within walking distance. At the same time, the house is perfectly situated for exploring many of Småland's most popular attractions.

Families particularly enjoy visiting Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby, where beloved Swedish storybook characters come to life. Other popular destinations include the famous moose parks of the region, the Kingdom of Crystal with its traditional glassworks in Kosta, Orrefors and Bergdala, and the historic city of Kalmar with its impressive castle. The island of Öland, known for its sandy beaches, charming cafés and unique landscapes, is also perfect for a day trip.

One dog is welcome for an additional fee. Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally. Final cleaning is included. No security deposit is required. Electricity is included during the summer months, while winter consumption may be charged based on usage.
