The holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests and has three separate bedrooms. Its thoughtfully chosen modern furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere, combining Swedish cosiness with contemporary comfort.

The living area is a comfortable place to relax together after a day by the lake or an excursion through Småland. On cooler days, the fireplace adds warmth and a traditional Swedish holiday-home feel. A television with German channels, a DVD player and a small selection of films are also available for cosy evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Alongside a dishwasher, you will find a conventional coffee machine and a Senseo pod coffee machine.

The bathroom has a shower. A washing machine is also available, making the house particularly practical for longer stays.

One of Villa Emma’s highlights is its large, private garden, which is not overlooked. Here you can enjoy outdoor meals, relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. Garden furniture provides comfortable places to spend time together outside.

Bicycles are also available for active days out. You can explore Alsterbro and the surrounding area or enjoy a leisurely ride through the Småland countryside.

Just a short walk from the house is Lake Store Hindsjön and its popular swimming area. A sandy beach, playground and spacious lawns await you there. Families with children will particularly appreciate being able to walk to the lake for swimming and playtime.

Two stand-up paddleboards are also available free of charge. They offer a lovely way to explore Lake Store Hindsjön from the water and add variety to your days by the lake.

Everyday essentials are close at hand, too. Alsterbro has a supermarket and a pizzeria, both within easy walking distance.

The location is also convenient for day trips to different parts of Småland. A particularly popular destination is Astrid Lindgren’s World in Vimmerby, where the stories of Pippi Longstocking, Emil of Lönneberga and Ronja the Robber’s Daughter come to life.

Several moose parks in the region offer further opportunities for outings. To discover Sweden’s glassmaking traditions, visit the renowned Kingdom of Crystal, including places such as Kosta, Orrefors and Bergdala.

Another lovely day-trip destination is Kalmar, with its famous castle and historic old town. From there, the Öland Bridge takes you to the island of Öland, where long sandy beaches, small coastal villages and welcoming farm cafés reveal a different side of southern Sweden.

One dog is welcome for an additional fee. Bed linen and towels can be booked as optional extras. Final cleaning is included.

No security deposit is required. Electricity is included during the summer months. During the winter months, electricity may be charged according to actual consumption.
