Villa Lagom was renovated in 2026 and offers approximately 70 m² of living space for up to four guests. Its modern interior is combined with typical Swedish charm, creating a welcoming atmosphere for a relaxing holiday at any time of year.

The holiday home has two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, while the second has two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm each. This makes Villa Lagom ideal for couples or small families with children.

The heart of the house is the cosy and modern living room. After a day exploring Småland, you can relax here and enjoy time together. During cooler autumn and winter evenings, the wood-burning stove creates a warm and particularly cosy atmosphere.

The traditional Swedish kitchen has been fitted with new appliances and is well equipped for self-catering. The dining table provides plenty of space for breakfast, family dinners or a relaxed evening together.

Families with children will also find a selection of children’s games in the house. A washing machine is available, making Villa Lagom comfortable for longer stays as well.

Another highlight is the cosy garden house, which can be used like a small conservatory. It provides a sheltered place to sit while still enjoying the feeling of being outdoors. Whether for breakfast, an afternoon coffee or a rainy summer evening, it is a wonderful spot to enjoy the garden in almost any weather.

Swimming, Mountain Biking & Hiking in Virserum

One of the great advantages of Villa Lagom is its location on the outskirts of Virserum. Two swimming areas by the lake are within walking distance, allowing you to leave the car at home and simply walk to the water on warm summer days.

Everyday amenities are also conveniently close. A supermarket and a pizzeria are within walking distance, combining a peaceful setting with easy access to the village.

Virserum has plenty to offer active holidaymakers. Mountain bike trails with different levels of difficulty can be found nearby. During the summer season, mountain bikers can use the lift to travel uphill with their bikes before enjoying the various downhill trails.

Those who prefer exploring on foot will find numerous hiking trails through the forests and lake landscapes of Småland. Depending on the season, the surrounding forests are also ideal for picking berries and mushrooms.

Winter Holidays in Småland

Villa Lagom is also an attractive destination during winter. The nearby Dackestupet ski area offers skiing and other winter activities. After an active day outdoors, you can return to the house and spend a cosy evening by the fire.

As Villa Lagom is available all year round, it is equally suitable for summer holidays by the lake, active autumn breaks, winter getaways and spring holidays in Småland.

Virserum is also a great starting point for day trips. The area around Virserum and Hultsfred is characterised by forests, lakes, small Swedish villages and beautiful natural landscapes.

Families can visit Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s World, while the many lakes, hiking areas and traditional villages provide plenty of opportunities to discover Småland at your own pace.

Villa Lagom is a non-smoking property and pets are not permitted. Final cleaning and electricity are included in the rental price. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
