With approximately 150 square metres of living space, Villa Norrland offers generous room for a comfortable stay. The house includes four bedrooms, one bathroom and an additional guest toilet. Three bedrooms feature double beds, while the fourth bedroom is equipped with two single beds, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster, making it ideal for self-catering. The adjoining living area offers a comfortable seating group, a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player and soundbar, perfect for cosy movie nights. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. A fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere, especially during cooler seasons.

A standout feature of Villa Norrland is the approximately 45-square-metre winter garden, which provides a bright and inviting space for socialising, dining or relaxing regardless of the weather.

The property covers around 1,400 square metres and is located in a quiet residential area. The garden offers plenty of space to relax or play outdoors. The surrounding area of Vidsel offers a wide range of activities throughout the year. The impressive Storforsen, Europe’s largest unregulated rapids, is only about five kilometres away. A bathing area along the Piteälven river is nearby and perfect for swimming during summer. Numerous hiking and cycling routes begin in the surrounding area. Shops and a small playground are within walking distance.

Electricity consumption is included in the rental price. A security deposit of 250 euros or 3,000 SEK is required before arrival and will be refunded after departure if the property is left in good condition. Villa Norrland is a non-smoking property. Pets are welcome. Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally.
