With approximately 136 m² of living space, the villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 separate bedrooms. There are 6 rooms in total, providing plenty of space both for spending time together and for privacy when travelling with a larger group.

The cosy living area with sofa and seating corner invites you to relax after a day outdoors. A separate dining room is also available, where you can enjoy breakfast together or end the day with a relaxed evening meal.

The separate kitchen is extensively equipped for self-catering. Facilities include an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, additional freezer, coffee machine, kettle and blender. Crockery, cutlery and essential kitchen utensils are also provided.

The holiday home has 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a separate guest toilet. A hairdryer is also available.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided for longer stays. An iron, ironing board and drying rack are also included.

A particular highlight of Villa Obstgarten is the 2 sauna options. Inside the house, there is an electric sauna, while a wood-fired sauna in the garden provides an especially cosy sauna experience outdoors. After an excursion, a hike or a swim in the lake, you can relax here and enjoy a peaceful end to the day.

The house is set on a property of approximately 2,100 m² with plenty of space for spending time together outdoors. Garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue are provided and invite you to enjoy long summer evenings.

The property also offers space for children to play. A swing is available as well.

Up to 2 pets are welcome, allowing you to enjoy your holiday in Sweden together with your four-legged companions.

A lake is located only a few minutes away by car and is suitable for swimming, fishing and relaxing by the water. The forests and paths around Mörlunda also offer numerous opportunities for walking, hiking and cycling.

The location is ideal for excursions to many well-known destinations in Småland. Families can take a day trip to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s World.

The famous Kingdom of Crystal with its traditional glassworks and workshops is also within easy reach.

Guests who would like to experience Sweden’s best-known wild animal up close will find several moose parks and opportunities for moose safaris in the region.

Nature lovers can also explore the varied forests and lake landscapes of Småland.

Villa Obstgarten is a non-smoking holiday home.

Bed linen and towel packages can be booked optionally. Additional cleaning services can also be arranged if required.

Outside the summer months, electricity is charged according to actual consumption.
