Villa Pelle accommodates a maximum of 5 adults and 1 child. The house has three bedrooms as well as an additional bed for one child, providing plenty of space for larger families or groups travelling together.

The spacious living room is the cosy heart of the house. On cooler days, the fireplace creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere and adds to the traditional Swedish holiday-home experience. Firewood is included during your stay. A TV with German channels and internet access are also available.

The new and well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday and also includes a dishwasher. The large dining table offers plenty of room for everyone to enjoy breakfast, dinner or a relaxed evening of games together.

The cosy conservatory provides additional living space. Here you can sit comfortably and enjoy the view outside, even when the Swedish weather is a little unpredictable.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower. A washing machine is also available, making the house practical for longer stays. A high chair is provided for families travelling with young children.

Outside, there is plenty of space to enjoy your holiday. Villa Pelle is surrounded by a generous 3,000 m² property. A terrace with garden furniture, a sun lounger and a charcoal barbecue provide everything you need for relaxed summer days and evenings outdoors.

Younger guests also have plenty to enjoy. There is a sandbox in the garden, and children's toys are available at the house.

Up to two pets are welcome for an additional fee, making Villa Pelle a good choice for guests who would like to bring their dogs to Sweden.

Only around 2 km from the house is Lake Välen and the Välenbadet swimming area. It is a lovely place to swim and spend warm summer days by the water. There is even a designated dog swimming area in a separate section – particularly convenient when travelling with your four-legged companion.

Around Fagerhult, you will find the typical Småland landscape of extensive forests and numerous lakes. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling and exploring nature. In Fagerhult itself, there is also an approximately 2.5 km illuminated running and activity trail.

For a day surrounded by nature, Aboda Klint is well worth a visit, with hiking trails, viewpoints and swimming opportunities. Other interesting destinations in the region include the impressive Moreravinen and More Kastell, as well as Ekopark Hornsö, known for its special natural environment.

Families can also plan a day trip to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s World, where Pippi Longstocking, Emil of Lönneberga, Ronja the Robber’s Daughter and many other famous characters come to life.

The Swedish Baltic coast can also be explored during your stay. Oskarshamn, Kalmar and the island of Öland are great destinations for longer day trips.

Villa Pelle is a non-smoking property. Up to two pets are welcome for an additional fee. Final cleaning is included in the rental price, while bed linen and towels can be booked as an optional extra. Firewood for the fireplace is included. Electricity is charged according to actual consumption.

A €200 security deposit is required for the stay.
