Located near Holmsjö in the beautiful region of Blekinge, the property offers approximately 150 square metres of living space including the separate guest cottage. From May to September, the house accommodates up to eight guests. From October to April, the maximum occupancy is six guests.

The bright and welcoming living areas create a relaxing atmosphere and provide plenty of space to unwind. Large windows allow natural light to flood the house while offering beautiful views of the lake and surrounding countryside.

The main house features three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends travelling together. The separate guest cottage provides additional privacy and flexibility.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Guests can enjoy premium facilities including a Thermomix and a French press coffee maker, making meal preparation a pleasure throughout the stay.

One of the property's greatest highlights is its direct access to the lake. Only a few steps separate the house from the water. A rowing boat is included free of charge and invites guests to explore the lake at their own pace. For additional comfort, an electric motor can be rented on site for an extra fee.

The lakeside sauna provides the perfect Swedish holiday experience. After a relaxing sauna session, you can cool off in the lake or simply enjoy the peaceful views from the terrace overlooking the water.

Dog owners are welcome too. Up to three dogs are allowed for an additional fee, making Villa Saleboda a great destination for the entire family.

The area around Holmsjö is one of southern Sweden's most beautiful natural regions. Numerous lakes, forests and hiking trails are waiting to be explored. Villa Saleboda is a non-smoking holiday home. Final cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels can be booked as an optional package. Electricity is charged according to consumption. A security deposit of €250 is required.
