The heart of the house is the spacious living area with a wood-burning stove. Especially on cooler evenings, it creates a cosy atmosphere and an authentic Swedish holiday-home feeling. A Smart TV is also available.

The large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher and oven. A particularly lovely feature is the view of the lake, which you can enjoy while cooking and eating together.

For additional comfort, 2 modern bathrooms are available.

The villa is also well equipped for longer stays. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided.

A special highlight is the separate games room with a pool table, table football and darts. This provides plenty of entertainment for larger groups and families, even on rainy days or in the evenings.

The approximately 8,000 m² natural property offers plenty of space to relax and spend time together outdoors. Garden furniture, a barbecue and a fire bowl are also available.

Lake Sidlången lies directly in front of the house. The open view across the water and direct access to the lake are among the villa’s special features.

A private boat with electric motor as well as a canoe are available. This allows you to explore the lake independently, enjoy a peaceful paddling trip or head out for a fishing excursion.

For additional relaxation, there is a hot tub with lake views that can be used throughout the year. Especially in the evening or during the cooler months, you can sit in the warm water and enjoy the view across Lake Sidlången.

A garden sauna with panoramic window is also available. After a day by the lake, a hike or an excursion through Småland, you can relax here and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The villa is located within a small group of only 3 houses and therefore far away from the usual hustle and bustle. Despite the neighbouring houses, the setting still offers plenty of peace and privacy.

Guests travelling with a particularly large group can additionally book the nearby Villa Waldsee. It offers further sleeping accommodation as well as its own swimming pool – ideal for families or groups of friends travelling together.

Forests, hiking trails and nature begin directly around the house. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling, fishing, paddling and collecting berries and mushrooms.

Numerous excursion destinations are also within easy reach of Villa Seeblick. These include the Kingdom of Crystal with its well-known glassworks in Kosta, Målerås and Nybro, as well as several moose parks in the region.

Kyrkeby Bränneri, the golf course near Emmaboda and various swimming lakes can also be found nearby.

For a day trip, Kalmar with its famous castle, historic old town and Baltic Sea coast is a good choice.

Families can also take a trip to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s World. Klasatorpet, known as one of the filming locations from “The Children of Noisy Village”, is another interesting destination for Astrid Lindgren fans.
