The villa offers approximately 130 m² of living space and accommodates up to 8 guests. There are 4 separate bedrooms, making the house particularly suitable for families, couples travelling together or groups of friends.

Inside, the villa combines modern facilities with typical Swedish character. Special details such as the preserved traditional kitchen stove recall the history of the house and create a cosy atmosphere.

For comfortable evenings, there are 2 wood-burning stoves. Especially during autumn and winter, they create a particularly warm and inviting atmosphere.

Internet access and a total of 3 televisions are available for entertainment. One television receives German channels, while the other two can be used for streaming. Guests need to use their own accounts for streaming services.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and offers enough space for several guests to cook and enjoy meals together.

In addition to the bathroom, there is also a separate guest toilet – particularly practical when staying with a larger group.

A real highlight of Villa Waldsee is the large private swimming pool with a sliding roof. It is usually available from 15 May until 15 September and offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy relaxing summer days directly at the holiday home.

A private hot tub is also available, allowing you to relax after an excursion or a day by the lake.

The garden sauna is another feature of the property and makes the villa particularly attractive outside the summer season. The sauna, hot tub and two wood-burning stoves together offer excellent conditions for relaxing autumn and winter stays in Småland.

The property is located directly on Lake Sidlången. From the house, you can enjoy the peaceful lake landscape and spend plenty of time by the water.

A private boat and a canoe are also available. This allows you to explore the lake independently or enjoy a peaceful trip on the water.

Lake Sidlången also offers good fishing opportunities. Fish found in the lake include pike, perch and zander.

Forests and nature begin directly around the house. Walking, hiking, cycling and collecting berries and mushrooms can therefore easily be combined with your stay.

Several excursion destinations are also within easy reach of Villa Waldsee. These include the Kingdom of Crystal with its traditional glassworks around Kosta, Målerås and Nybro, as well as several moose parks in the region.

Kyrkeby Bränneri, the golf course near Emmaboda and various swimming lakes can also be found nearby.

For a day trip, Kalmar with its castle, historic old town and Baltic Sea coast is a good choice. From there, the Öland Bridge also takes you directly to the island of Öland.

Families can take a longer day trip to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s World. Klasatorpet, known as one of the filming locations from “The Children of Noisy Village”, is also an interesting destination for Astrid Lindgren fans.

Guests travelling with a larger group can additionally book the neighbouring Villa Seeblick, which offers accommodation for further guests.

Up to 1 dog is welcome for an additional fee.

Electricity consumption is already included. Final cleaning is included and bed linen and towel packages can be booked optionally.
