The villa offers around 130 m² of living space for up to 6 guests. With three separate bedrooms, the house is particularly suitable for families, couples travelling together or small groups.

At the heart of the house is the spacious, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Its bright layout provides plenty of room to spend time together while maintaining a cosy atmosphere.

On cooler evenings, the wood-burning stove provides warmth and a traditional Swedish cottage feel. Instead of a conventional television, a projector and screen are available – perfect for a cosy film evening after a day by the lake. Wi-Fi is also provided.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering. Amenities include a dishwasher, oven, filter coffee machine and Senseo coffee machine.

The house has a spacious bathroom, with an additional toilet in the utility area. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, making the villa practical for longer stays.

Another highlight awaits outdoors. Villa Yasjö has a garden of around 2,000 m², offering plenty of space to relax and spend time together outside. A terrace, various seating areas, a barbecue and a fire pit invite you to enjoy long Swedish summer evenings in the open air.

Lake Yasjön is just around 90 metres from the house. A private jetty and rowing boat are available at the water’s edge. You can explore the lake by boat, take a leisurely rowing trip or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Yasjön also offers opportunities for fishing. Around the lake and holiday home, you will find the characteristic landscape of southern Sweden, with forests and numerous other lakes and waterways.

After a day by the water, you can unwind in the wood-fired sauna. On cooler evenings in particular, spending time outdoors before enjoying the warmth of the sauna is a wonderful part of a Swedish holiday.

The area around Eriksboda is ideal for walking, cycling and exploring nature. Depending on the season, you can also pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forests.

Despite its peaceful location, Villa Yasjö is also a base for discovering some of Blekinge’s best-known destinations. Ronneby is approximately 30 minutes away. Alongside shops and restaurants, the town is known for its beautiful parks.

For a longer day trip, Karlskrona is around 45 minutes away. With its maritime history and offshore archipelago, this coastal town is an interesting destination for a day by the Baltic Sea.

Blekinge’s Baltic coast is also within easy reach of the villa. Small harbours, swimming spots, islands and the distinctive archipelago offer a lovely contrast to the quiet inland forests and lakes.

Villa Yasjö is a non-smoking property. One dog is welcome. Final cleaning is taken care of. Bed linen and towels are not provided and must be brought with you. Electricity is included in the rental price.

Electric vehicle charging is only possible by prior arrangement. Electricity used for charging is billed separately according to actual consumption.

A security deposit of €300 is required for your stay.
